Note to Be is a user-friendly MIDI quantizer.
MIDI notes are grouped by octaves, allowing you to select any notes freely.
The 'All Notes' mode lets you pick notes across all octaves.
You can also select a key and scale using the bottom toolbar.
Note to Be integrates seamlessly with BrainBud.
Note to Be quantizes incoming MIDI notes to the nearest allowed note you've selected.
Besides MIDI notes, Note to Be can also be controlled with MIDI CC.
This enables the use of hardware MIDI controllers or other MIDI software with MIDI CC capabilities, like controllers, sequencers, and LFO apps.
Note to Be will quantize the incoming MIDI CC value to the nearest allowed note and will sustain it until it receives another MIDI CC value or a MIDI CC value of 0 to stop.
Note to Be uses the incoming note's MIDI channel for its quantized MIDI output.
This allows you to use the quantizer with multiple synths by assigning each synth its own MIDI channel.
This functionality works seamlessly in both MIDI note and MIDI CC modes.
You can control multiple synths polyphonically using multiple MIDI keyboards or MIDI knobs with different MIDI Channels.
Note to Be runs as standalone app as well as AUv3 MIDI Plugin.
