MelodyBud is a generitave MIDI sequencer with great randomisation features.
You can set each step's note, velocity, gate length, ratchet and glide values.
Each mode can be randomised per pattern.
You can create unlimited patterns and you can create unlimited steps per pattern.
You can enter the parameter-locking mode by tapping a step's number on the top of the sequencer.
When you're in the parameter-lock mode, you can set randomisation values for that step.
If a step has a parameter lock for any mode, the sequencer will apply those values instead of the global values.
You can create very rich sequences by assigning individual randomisation values per step.
MelodyBud's music theory engine offers more than 110 scales.
You can also use your custom scales that you created in ScaleBud 2!
You can lock the sequencer notes in a scale and change the scale even when the sequencer is running.
The sequencer can run in very wide range from whole notes to 64th notes.
MelodyBud also offers dotted and triplet note options as well.
MelodyBud runs as standalone app as well as AUv3 MIDI Plugin.
You can create AU presets and use AU parameters of the AUv3 plugin.
MelodyBud offers more than 20 AU parameters where you can control or even automate every single parameter.
The standalone version of MelodyBud supports Ableton Link.
